Hi all,
I have not been able to start a thread on the classified area.
The FAQ link does not work for me ...
Anyway, I lost my job and needs to move back to Europe (my visa is linked to my current employer).
I have a year and a half BP, with 40G tank, hides, ceramic heater, mat heater, temp controller to give away.
It is arround 3.5 feet long.
I feed it live small rats.
I am in UT, less than an hour south of SLC.
Please contact me if interested.
Thanks
Harold

What morph?

it is a 'petco' morph.
Traditional, nothing original BP.
I fed it 2 days ago, I'd prefer waiting until tomorrow before I take pics.

Gotcha--I have a 'petsmart' morph myself.
If you can't find someone near you to take it, I'd take it--but you'd have to ship the poor thing to Oklahoma. :(
Have you thought about Craig's list as a possibility? Also check out your local herp society: Utah Herpetological Association • View forum - GENERAL TOPICS (http://utahherp.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=13)
Good luck!

Thanks Chu, I'll give it a try
i can take it as well if you want to ship it to Florida?
i have a year and a half old bp right as well but i got mine from F.I.R.E.(Florida International Reptile Expo). i have had my little guy for quite some time and can take very good care of him. its up to you though.

And I'll bet neither of us would ask you to ship the enclosure & stuff--just the BP! ;) Even so, it would be less stressful for him if you could find a good home locally.
BTW, Harold, I'm really sorry about your job and being forced to return to Europe--I hope you find a good job there!
yeah i dont need the enclosure stuff lol i have all that here from other snakes i have rescued out. definitely try to find a local home. if you go the craigslist route please make sure the owner is a responsible and knowledgeable owner who wiill give ur snake the best home possible. i see to many people desperate on craigslist to get rid of there snakes to the first person with a little cash. i just want what is best for your snake so if you go local please make sure the person getting it knows what they are doing.:)

Excellent point, Newby! I haven't used Craig'slist myself, just heard a lot about it. Thanks for the input!

Guys, thanks very much for your help.
A local store has agreed to take it back if I need so.
It would definately be less stressful for the snake.
I was hoping to find a BP lover from UT...
yeah i got my snake off of craigslist. he is great but i talked to the guy for two hours before i got him. i met face to face and sad thing was is i knew more than he did about his own snake. so i basically rescued him but i tell anyone that goes the craigslist route not to sell it to the first person that offers money but to make sure they are responsible and can provide the best care possible.

You are sooo welcome! I'm glad you found someone responsible to take her. So, Harold, are you from France or one of the other countries with a blue-white-red flag? When do you have to go back? Can you keep snakes there? Hope you'll keep visiting the forum!
