I have seen it at my reptile supply shop(not MINE but the one I goto)
I goto Reptile Kings

They offer it for sale by the foot, I know Sam(owner) has a few large rollws, he will cut it to which ever length you need.
Also I know people order it from The Bean Farm (http://www.beanfarm.com)
I have ordered from them before, and they are very fast and efficient at mailing it.

Heat tape is not CSA Approved, so no registered retailer can sell it legally in Canada.
You'll need to go stateside.
