Welcome back, Pueblo! I snake-sat a pueblan apricot morph for two years, but I've never seen a nealson--what do they look like? I'd love to see a photo!

Right now I have a BP and no other snakes (really strange for me!), but my sons & I have had many snakes over the past two+ decades, both WC and CB. WC we keep for awhile, observe, and release.

I take it the rat won't become snake food? ;)

I forgot to say Slinky Is a lutistic texas rat snake. Not a rat himself he he he sorry about that but I do have two hooded dumbo eared rats as pets that have been spared from snake food. there names are Little one and Spice. and they also make great pets.
well gotta slitther away bye all.

Ahh, that makes more sense! I was wondering what rat is lutistic. Do you mean your rat snake is a leucistic? With their black eyes, they are fascinating!

I'm still wondering about those nealsons, though, so I hope you can tell me more about them when you come back!

My nealsons are beutiful but slow growing and always eat but will only take small prey items they will only eat pinkies that are really tiny but will eat two or three in one feeding. like all my snakes i feed them once a week. they are doing well but ive had them five months and no growth yet. anyways i have fixed my computer so once i intall my pics again i will send you guys some of all my snakes.
