Hello, from Louisiana

Hi,
I am new, and will figure all these little icons and things out soon, I hope, and will try to figure out how to post a pic in my profile.
I currently have just one snake though he is not my first. I have a jungle carpet python, and a dumeril's boa constrictor is arriving the 27th of Dec. and my albino burm, already paid for, I am eagerly awaiting in January.
I am 27.
Aside from snakes, I love anime, music (punk, alternative, rock), reading, writing, dancing, mountain biking.
I am new to this so any advice how to get started would be appreciated.

Glad to have you Andrea! I like anime too. Every Sat. night at University they used to show anime films for about 2 hours. It was a great way to kill time when you were low on cash. This is a good site with lots of experinced people who are always ready to lend a hand. You did say one thing that makes me nervouse though, "new and burm". I hope you're ready for the posibilaty of a 20 foot eating machine. :p

I believe I'm ready. We shall see when I have to clean up the first poop from a ten foot snake, lol.
Do you watch any anime now, Trevor? I like Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, and G Gundam. I know, I sound a lot younger than 29, lol. But that's good, right? LOVE to find other anime fans,too, there are few where I live, more snake fans than anime fans.

I've not watched any since Sept. I enjoy them but I have not seen enough to even tell you what titles I've seen. And since I have moved to a very small comunity after finishing university I don't know when I'll see any again.

welcome! I am growing to be an anime fan too.. something about big triangle hair is strangely enthralling. I just watched Trigun and *******!!!, and its pretty good. Watched a lot of Gundam when I was a kid, and I dont remember much other than the robots. I want to watch it again.

I love durms and burms, they are amazing snakes.
