The best crestie diet is Rapashy. It is reasonably priced and contains everything that they need. There are some great recipes out there to make your own, but using repashy takes all of the guess work out of adding the proper amounts of vitamins and such. You can buy the Repashy diet from Expos, or breeders or you can buy the T-Rex diet (which is the same) from local pet stores. I give all of my cresties crickets a couple of times a week also.
