Nose Rub Help

I just got my first pogona vitticeps and it was not in the best shape from the store i got her from i have her eating and running put she has this nose rub and i can tell it bugs her is there any fast way to help the healing until next shed

There's no real fast way to help it other than trying to keep her from making it worse. You can use some neosporin (generic works, too) to reduce risk of infection and help it heal up faster than if left alone. Some of my snakes have gotten it, and after two or three sheds (depending on how bad), it had gone away. I've never worked with bearded dragons before, but I would assume the treatment in this case wouldn't be much different. Hope this helps!
