DREMORA has never eaten since she shed last and now along her spine all he scales seem to be coming off in your hand when you hold her. i am not sure if shes trying to shed again or not but i need some advice. the vet here only does basic vet care and if it needs more then i need to take it about 2-3 hours away just to see a specialist and then have a couple hundred on me...just in case for the appt and meds. so any home remidies would be appreciated and any guesses to what it is tha is going on with her would be appreciated also. here is some pics of the skin and the scales on my sons fingers

Did she maybe catch herself on something?

When snakes are stressed out... they sometimes refuse to eat, and often try and shed.... few questions, How is her... Temp? Humidity? Day/Night cycle? how often is she handled?
As far as feeding goes, try feeding her Natal rats (soft furred). It's pretty much a BP's natural food source.. It pretty much works EVERY time. I have a few contacts if you can't find some... just PM me.

I've had that happen before, I generally dont worry about it as it usually corrects itself with the next shed; as long as shes acting normal and nothing else seems to be happening.

my ball pythons scales started to fall off after her last shed. So will the scales or whatever it is come back after her next shed?

Its not the whole scale falling off, just the tops of them flaking off. They will be repaired and new with the next shed.

i think all ball pythons do this. becuase my ball python is starting to do the same thing now. Theres nothing to worry about. Just put him or her in a warm bath and just press your finger on it and they will come off. aslong as she is eating theirs nothing to worry about really.
