So I walked into a local pet establishment the other day looking for tadpoles because i have a terrarium and i enjoy to watch the whole process between frogs and tadpoles, and the store had what they were calling wood frog and lepoard frog tadpoles for sale for 8 dollars a piece and they were selling what were clearly bullfrog tadpoles has anyone else come across this and isn't there legal issues with situations like this? just wondering
I have never been to a store that sold tadpoles unless they were with the feeder fish, let alone labeled them as the breed of frogs.

Check with your local authorities, very likely illegal. Bullfrogs are considered a pest species by most places & if they are native it is very likely it is illegal to sell them, specially if they are being misrepresented as something else, Mark
