He's Getting Big

Well right now my Ball Python is 2ft 9in and eats 2 adult mice once a week at his feeding. He has a girth of about 2in. What would be the next rat or mouse to eat at his length or should i wait till he gets bigger to give him the next biggest thing.

Try rat pups or rat fuzzies (I cant remember which one is smaller, or if they're the same thing). Unweaned but fuzzy rats are about the same mass as two adult mice. I personally prefer getting them on rats as soon as possible.

get them on rats as soon as possible.
somtimes its hard to get them to switch over to rats. depending on how well they eat.

my snake eats very well and hes never turned down a meal except for the time he was tryin to get a thawed mouse but it was kinda soft and it became a bloody mess so i think he might be good switchin over
