I have had him for 3 years now
He's very nice looking, very dark.

He had not eaten for about 3 months when that shat was taken,
He did however suck back a large rat two days ago

dark is just fine :) he is very handsome and looks very healthy

What is that hide box? Is it made of cement? Good hide, as well as absorbing the heat from the light to make a great basking spot?

my exact question as well. it looks like a really good hide...i just cant figure out what its made of.

Hey Matt And escm,
I make these hide boxes starting from a dollar store plastic basket, then I put on plaster cast material (you can make it any shape you want), Then I mix whatever my substrate is for example: the Boa hide below is Coconut and some sand for effect.
This is mixed with podge (its like white glue and is totally toxic free and waterproof) then the mixture is applied to the basket ...
