It does not matter how hard you try, they keep tying till they find a new way to annoy people. This bot creates an account, and PM all members except the Moderators or Administrators. New members were allowed to send PM's just in case they encountered any problems, but I have now restricted the PM function to members who have been verified. Wish I did not have to, but then again, I wish I did not have to verify every post made by new members before they are posted on the forum. This problem will not happen again. Sorry for the annoyance.
