Granted it's not the perfect setup but the animal appears to be thriving and in excellent health.

Instead of just saying that someone needs a better setup maybe you should offer up the correct setup or ask for what the current setup is and then help from there.

So Igcarman -
What is your monitors setup?????
It does appear to be very healthy though. I also am inclined to think your "guy" may actaully be "girl". Can you provide a side head shot, side tail base, and top tail base shot???? Definitely a cute monitor.

What does your cage have to do with his? it all depends on the size of animal and husbandy that he is using. Everything may be in order there.
Just because you may choose to have a larger enclosure or have more in it then he does doesn't mean there is anything wrong with what he is doing.
