Yesterday my friend gave me his 4 yearold 6 inch Leopard Gecko and i put 4 crickits in his cage. Today there were still 4 inside, so why wont he eat them?
Is it because he has to get used to the new house and by the way he is still in the same cage and same surrondings and nothing has changed to his cage

That would most likely be the number 1 reason....give him a couple of days.

Also how do you have him setup? Tank, heat, temperatures?

yup i got everything he needs. Overtank heat bulbs and a 100w bulb that my friend told me to use only used during winter as well as an undertank that should be used during winter too. Also i have caned mealworms and canned crikits with vitamin and mineral powers.

Well here's the thing, your friend's house is probably not running at the same temperature as yours. What temperature is the cage and basking spot at? This should be the determining factor in wether the bulbs need to go on or not.....not "it depends on the time of year." Also the Undertank heater should be on ALL the time for sure since he needs a thermal gradiant in order to properly digest his food.

And if you really want to stimulate a feeding response, try live crickets....I've used canned ones in a pinch but they don't go for them as much or with as much enthusiasm as live prey.

Alright, now in order for this to work, you are going to have to work with me.

What are the Temperatures in the cage? You should have at least 2 thermometers in the cage one on the coolside (oppisite side of the heat pad) and one on the hot side (Where the heat pad is)

Temperature plays a key role in if your lizard is going to eat or not. I'm not sure why you don't answer this question since I have asked it 3 times now, but if you want to me help you out here you are going to have to give me something to work with.

Well that would be your hot side temp. Just make sure the coolside is running in the low 80s say 82 to 85 degrees.
