I really need help.

Can oscillated skinks go on calci-sand?
Do these skinks need UVB light?

They are Diurnal lizards so yes, daylight and UVA/UVB flourescent tubes would be required.

Skinks are not desert creatures....sand would not be a good idea, garden mulch or something of that consistancy would be a much better choice.
