visions cage users: question...

What is that dome lookin thing on the roof of the cage? Is that where the light goes? It looks solid to me...how does a light go in there? If anyone has pictures of a furnished visions cage that would help me understand how that thing works...thanks!

You access the light/heat shroud from the top. I don't currently use it in any of my cages but I have in the past put a dome lamp in it.

If you are talking about the recess in the middle, I believe it is there to add strength to the structure.

i guess i dont see how putting a light in there would do anything as it appears to be solid plastic...I dunno, if I get one I think I'll just go with a heat panel and a flourescent fixture. what are you using in to heat/light your cages?

The circular recess has a screen, it is the same screening they use for the vents. I heat my cages with a 12" piece of 11" heat tape attached to the bottom.
