Hi everyone.
I'm looking into buying a corn snake. i have never owned a snake before and i have become quite facinated by them. i have been looking at the exo-terra 18x18x18 tank. is this a good enough size for a Corn? I'm also looking for any breeders in Toronto, Ontario , Canada.
cheers

Howdy, Capt. Howdy! Welcome to the forums. :) Hope you enjoy it here. :)
Take care

I know 2 good stores in the gta , petsotic at highland creek (416 287 2304 )and reptile corner at Keel and hwy 7 (905-482-0408) the latter is probably better as the owner knows a lot more about snakes and has a bigger selection.
Hope this helps

Um depending on where you are in Toronto I can recommend a decent pet store for them. If you're looking for breeder, then check the classifieds on this site or look around the forums for people who might being having babies.
I'd say go with a 24" long cage. Height isn't a great deal with them so you can lower it to 16" or 12".

Welcome to the forum.
I like Aaron's idea I would try the 24" one too but if you are really wanting the 18"x18" it could work as well with the proper landscaping to increase the usuable surface area....such as some long branches...or a shelf attached to the back of the cage...I've actually got a breeder male corn in an 18"x18" exo and he's doing very well in it.
