decided to post a pic of a fossilized fern. Note that it's not only the imprint but opens to reveal the entire leaf on the other side. I think it's cool.

and a fossilized shark tooth as well. This one's only about 2.5" or so.

I traded another kid something (I forget-we were like 10) for the fern. The tooth was found in a spring here in central FL. Thanks

Cool fossils man. You can find shark teeth and other sea stuff around here in the limestone - (Kansas used to be a big sea o.o; ) I used to have a bunch - forgot what they were called and lost them by now though ^^ That was way back when I went through that dinosaur phase that a lot of kids seem to do...

I wanna play lol, this was a fossil butterfly clam I found here in New Mexico, I call it my owl and keep it on the alter a native american natural fetish type thing (if it posts the right pic, the thumbnail and medium pic were different lol)
