Hello peeps,

the veggies which i will feed to the dragon, can i freeze those? Offcourse i will let them thaw before i will feed them. I was just wonderin.

Yes, but freezing will break down the B vitamins so you need to be sure to use a good quality multivitamin or some brewer's yeast to replace the missing nutrients. Fresh is better but frozen is okay as long as you are careful not to let your dragon get B vitamin depleted.

For some reason I don't understand, collard and mustard greens have a higher percentage of calcium in them after freezing than before. I wonder why?

I doubt they have a higher percentage, really, but what they do have is the same oxalates that bind calcium. It is probably these that are broken down by the freezing, and thus, less calcium is bound.
