Yes its fine. No worries there.

Leopards are from dry environments - arid grasslands, bare open ground, rocky areas, so they need a dry setup with a humid hiding area.

According to the Repti Bark write-up at the Zoo Med site (http://www.zoomed.com/html/repti_bark.php) I'd say that the repti bark doesn't quite cut it for leopards.

Repti Bark
Why ours is the best!
All Natural! Made from the bark of fir trees.
Hygroscopic. This means it absorbs moisture and then releases it, creating humidity. The perfect substrate for humidity loving reptiles.
Conducts and evenly distributes heat.
Adds environmental stimulus. Allows natural digging and burrowing activity.
Absorbent. Pulls icky waste away from your animal.
Decorative. Provides your terrarium with that natural tropical rainforest look!
Re-usable and super easy to maintain! All you have to do is soak in hot water every 2 to 3 months for fresh, clean bark. (ReptiBark should be replaced at least once a year).
Smaller chips provide better moisture retention (increased surface area). Prevents live food from hanging out in your substrate (small pieces interlock)!

There's also the possibility of impaction if the leopard eats a chunk of it.

I'd say this product isn't made for leopards.

I wouldnt suggest that for leos it could scratch their delicate stomachs. I would stick with play sand. I would also say you should use Repti-Bed in a small humidity cage.

Which substrate to use with herps is the biggest debate in history... Theres gonna be a war over it some day! LOL.

Ive noticed that every substrate except newspaper is argued over, and right now my frog has a bare bottemed tank and my leo has newspaper, dont look good but I have no other choice =(

I think straight peat moss would be a safer alternative not to mention a fraction of the price
