so yea, im wondering whats the best way to go around fatting up blaze? hes got the length of a normal beardie his age, but he dosent have much build to him. ive been feeding him crickets every day (with the rare day i miss due to miss counting the day b4 how many were left, or the ones left died), and lettuce every other day (hes picky about when he eats the lettuce lol). and recently im trying silkworms, but im not to sure on how to make sure im not over feeding him silkworms. how have you guys been able to fatten up ur beardies? it might just me thinking hes small but id rather try and give him sum build. ive also tried mealworms. which he easily enjoyed, but herd their mainly excosekeleton. any idea's are greatly welcomed!

Feeding your beardie any kind of worm except mealies is probably your best bet. Silkworms are full of nutrition and are highly recommended. Butter worms have a high fat content and are good occasionally. Lettuce is like Junk food to these guys, you should be feeding it a variety of vegetables and some fruit. Dark green leafy is best. Try Kale, Bok Choy, Dandelion greens etc...
Hope that helps.

PS... You can tell if your beardie is healthy by feeling the base of it's tail. If it's nice and thick your good to go.
