Yes indeed. I could not get over it. I got a call from a Doctor in North Dallas that could no longer keep her due to a family illness. He had her from a hatchling, and she is now 13 yrs. He hadn't handled her much and she is a little on the wirey side and SOOO STRONG. I have never felt such a strong snake. She struck at me a few times last night but is settling down slowly. I am keeping all my collection at a cousins home in Arlington where they are legal.

Great score Sean! That's a CITES 1 animal man!! Yowzers!
Sucks that you can't keep snakes at home though. Have you given any thought to relocating or anything?

How often are they going to "Check up on you"? Maybe you could "baby sit" a few of your snakes once in a while;)
Glad to hear it wasn't a total loss for you!

Well from what I heard, the CITES thing only applies to imports.(Any new info you could give me?) She was CBB and born in 1990. He had a permit years ago he said, but had lost track of the law over time. I will be selling this house in two years and looking for the most way out of the way country house I can find.

No way man. Those SOB's aren't going to get me twice. I'll just visit them were everything is cool for now. Most of them have a good 13 years or more of life in 'em. I can bear just visiting for a couple of years. Thanks for the kind words.
