What would be the best for my leos?

A. 88 consitant 24/7

B. 88 day time 75 -80 night time?

88F is fine for 24 hours a day, but I hope that's not the temperature of your entire cage. Leos need a spot of 75-80F to take refuge in.

No I am talking about the hot spot only the cool end is usually 75 to 80

Day: 88 on hot side 82ish on the cool side.
Night: 82-75
I don't think 88 is fine all day.
