WTF wheres her head

okay this might sound grose but i had 2 males and one female in a cage and the female was pregnant and every thing was going fine but today i came to change there water and add food or wut ever they needed but i opened the top and my females head was gone but the weirder thing is they had lots of food and water left... i dont know why they would off her head like that so any explainations would be great

Stress maybe? I would not house two males together personally and when you know your female is preggy just give her her own space..

well thats what i asked about in a different food for thought thread and every ones like oh ya she's ok in there they will be just fine but i guess not

sorry that happened :/ For the future you can give her her own space and pop a male in there when you wish to breed. The 2 males to one female isnt the best option i think... You only need one stud, but you can have a few females. I personally seperate them to thier own tanks so i know nothing odd will happen.

And you always want to rotate your females too, give each one about a month or so off with good feeding and care between litters. And really you should only expect about 3 or so litters from one female.
Also.. try to stay away from using older females... Because they can have problems birthing and they might start to have smaller litters. So its best to retire them. :)

well originally i bought them for my corn because i couldnt get f/t at the time but he didnt take them so i figured ill throw them in a tank ( not literally) and see if they would breed food for my smaller corns
