Heres my little 4 month old(according to the people at the pet shop...) Crested Gecko (supposedly fire) He looks really light for some odd reason in the pics, anyway heres Comet( He/She appreciates you all on this board for answering my questions on how to take better care of him :D)

(Here i guess you can see his little fire patterns,so is he fire im hoping hes harlequin but he doesnt seem to be showing patters on his limbs)

It's a cute little guy. Good luck with raising it...I wonder how long it will be until you buy more little guys. Looking at your little guy is making me want more!!!
I would say he/she doesn`t look much
like harlequin. But you never know it could suddanly
change to a morph that is simaler

What a great looking fire crestie you have there. By the looks of his tummy, it looks like he enjoys eating. Enjoy! Betcha can't stop at one.

So its safe to assume hes a fire im guessing, do harlequins have more intense patterns usualy?

the term harliquin usually refers to the flame pattern on the dorsal area, as well as extensive patterning on the legs and sides.

as this is one area that has ALWAYS confused me.. If a harelquin has the pattern up the sides and legs (and normally the tops of the feet if you look at a harleys feet, they look they are wearing socks ;) ) what markings does a fire have then?
What essentisally is the difference bwtn the 2? Or are they one in the same? And then what standards do you use for a super harley???
