I just recently realized that my female leo seems to have MBD. She's the smallest and weakest of the 3 that i have and seems to have a difficult time competing w/ the others for food. I sometimes have to separate her so she can eat. Now, she seems to be lethargic and her front legs look like they're broken. She's hobling around. I took her out last night and gave her 2 calcium drops and fed her mealworms (since it's the only thing she can really catch right now). Does anyone have any other suggestions as to how i can help her heal? I never have any luck w/ MBD. There aren't any reptile vets in my area so that would be difficult. Any home remidies would be best. Thanks!

Use calcium with D3, or provide a good quality UV bulb to help metabolize the calcium. Hope it's not too late.

You " never have any luck w/ MBD"? Sounds like it's not the first time you've run into this.

If you have one that's smaller, you never leave it in the same enclosure as the bigger ones, so first off, I hope you've moved the sick one to her own enclosure. Give her soft foods to minimize chewing, even things like bug slurry (blended or mashed bugs with some Ensure or Boost or yogurt to make it lickable). Include calcium WITH D3 to be able to absorb the calcium. A UVB bulb will help if you can get it close enough to her and get her out in the open so she can absorb the UV, sitting in a cave will probably not expose her to it enough.
You really should get professional help here, the steps I mentioned are only along the lines of first aid.
