New Ball

Hi guys

I have just purchased new Ball (we call them Royals over here).
I collect her next Sunday.
Anyway to make sure I'm set up ready for her I thought I tell you what I have and see if you agree.
Want to get it right from begining as she is my first BP.

VIV= 48"x18"x24"

HEAT= 20W 27"x11" Heat Mat + 100w Ceramic Heater both connected to a 300W Thermostat. Warm end 88F Cool End 76F.

SUBSTRATE=15litres of Aspen.

HIDE= 3 Hides one each end and one in middle.

Large Water Dish, 2 Large Vines for climbing and large piece of Hollow branch.

UV Lamp on timer for day time lighting.

She's CB and had 25 feeds on frozen mice.

Do you think she'll be happy with new home have I forgot anything.

Sounds like a great setup, tho snakes do not require UV so you can save yourself some money on bulbs.

sounds a lot like my setup...just watch the temps with that uv lamp...your 88 could go up a few degrees. also dont be suprised if your ball just doesn't like your decorating skills...i just got my first ball a week ago and at first for some reason he wouldnt go near the hide i had at the cooler side....i did some rearranging and now he seems to spend and equal amount of time on both sides.
