Savanna Monitors

I currently want to purchase a Savanna monitor but i do not want to buy a wild caught one because i do not want to support collecting of wild animals. Does anyone know of someone that breeds them in canada? Any help would be great thanks.

Savannahs are seldom bred anywhere muchless Canada. I produced a number of clutches a few years back but I havn't heard of any others in Canada since then. There are some people in the US that have bred them recently.

I just wanted to caution you against some so called 'captive bred' monitors that are sometimes advertised. Always ask for proof from the seller if you have any doubt.
