Blood help needed

Hey, I just picked up my first blood and have a few questions. I've been told that it's a female and around a year and a half old, she's just over three feet and almost as girthy as a pop can. Well the first of the two questions I have are her belly scales supposed to be white or have a grayish colour to them? and the second question is does anyone know where there is a vet located in the GTA for reptiles because I think she has an eye infection. Her eyes pertrude a little too far and they are not smooth looking. The gentleman I bought her from said it was eye caps but it doesn't look like it to me.

There is the Links Road Animal Hospital. I'm pretty sure they have a reptile vet on hand. They are a great clinc, i don't have the phone number but you can look it up in the yellow pages.
