so that first pic was the night and the next two were the next day in the morning..this one was later in the day when i saw she was up on her branch again so i decided to try and hold her.. she doesn't hiss or strike, she's great! very well behaved.

she hung out on my hand for a while. until i put her back...

later that night i found her up on her little peice of wood..but hten i came back about 3 hours later and she was still there so i snapped the following pic.

Awesome lookin' BCI~! ;) I just picked up my first not too long ago as well. I've only owned Pythons before and the Boa's are really starting to grow on me :D

try not holding the snake for at least a week to let it get used to the enviornment. young boas often get nervous and stressed easily, just my 2 cents, only take her out if your cleaning the cage and keep the cage out of the traffic areas in your house.

Congrats, you've got a pretty girl. When did you get her? I agree with giving them a time to wind down and get used to their new home. I always give them two meals to get down and digest at the least before getting them used to handling and I know some owners suggest even longer. You'll enjoy her very much.
