my water dragon has a bum leg...I think.

I need some help from people with WD's. Mine is a green water dragon that appears to have a gimpy leg...but I'm not sure which one is really the gimped leg.

I first though his right leg has become swollen...but his frontal limbs seem to have the same rounded edge, where his left looks very boney...I'm not sure what caused it...I was thinking maybe he jumped off one of his vines and fudged the landing...any help I can get will be greatly appreciated :D

How do you not know which leg is gimped? wouldnt there be a noticable difference? In your picture the leg on the right seems to be a bit swollen, was this something that just appeared?

I don't because his front limbs seems rounded as well, while the left leg looks to be rather thin. But I do not know much about water dragons, as this one was given to me by a friend who couldn't keep him anymore.

Are the swollen joints of the front and right back legs spongy. Is the jaw solid and firm?
It might be Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD) as the bones affected tend to be larger in diametre, an irregular structure and a spongy feel to them it also manifests as swellings and bumps. The jaw is a commonly affected area, along with the spine and other long bones, like leg bones. It sounds like this water dragon might not have been kept in the best health/husbandry, hubandry may still not be being met. Water dragons need full spectrum lighting, your should be supplimenting it's diet with Calcium, and vitamin D3. They need a fair amount of space, the right temps to digest and regulate, the right humidity etc.
You have yourself said you don't know much about water dragons, i would strongly suggest doing some research, google water dragons, you will find lots of sites with info, don't just read one, as info on the net is no where near sound.

Thanks for the help! It actually turned out, he had broken his left hind leg when he was young...thats why it looks so thin compared to the other.
