Ok i work at a pet store, and we have baby bearded dragons. One of the babies front leg has shriveled up and almost looks mumified except it's not black it's regular skin colour. And now his back leg on the same side is starting to shrivel too. It doesn't work very well, it's a little darker than usual and it's getting thinner. All the babies are kept together and they range from 4 inches tip to tail to 6 inches tip to tail. There are no bite marks on the shrinking leg, it's too hard to tell on the forarm as it's like a stick. I figure both legs will eventually fall off. How is it going to walk?
They all get full spectrum lighting, are fed a diet of crickets, pellets, and sometimes veggies. Substrate is sand and the temp is probably around 85 F to 95F.
So can anyone tell me what might be happening?
Oh do note that my pet store will not pay for a vetrinary visit as it's only a reptile
thanks
