what % of her total body wieght should a healthy 20" 3,1/2Lb juvenile be eating on a daily baisis and still avoid obecity?
I know if I let her she is going to consume an unhealthy amount of food
so I like to seperate it into daily portions

when there that young, as long as you have proper temps they will not get obese. make sure the basking site has a 150ish suface temp to aid in basking, hot side should be about 30, cool side about 24. she should be able to eat about 3 adult mice a day, every 5 days a week.

at 20 inches i would feed insects
lots and lots of insects, and lots more

advice above is good in regard to temps, you wont have an obese monitor providing his setup is correct. Throw in rodents as said also, just dont go primary until the monitor is too big for crickets, superworms, you know the usual.
