Hi all,
I'm not massively clued up on my genetics so i'm after some advice on breeding. I have a male dwarf tiger (tiger x jampea) now i know this fella aint guna stay round 6ft, i guess he'll be smaller than a normal tiger but not as small as a jamp, so if i were to breed him to my jamp and my kayuadi do you reckon the offspring will be more dwarf size? Or would i have to breed the offspring to a jamp and a kayuadi again?
any input would be appreciated kind regards will

While there is little information floating around on the adult size of Kayuadi retics, they are definately a dwarf. There are those that believe them to be the actual locality of the super dwarfs, I and many others don't believe this to be the case. I would breed your dwarf tiger to either you kayuadi or if you can get one, a super dwarf. Breed out the mainland genetics, and you'll wind up with very small tigers and super tigers.

Hiya kevyn,
Thanks for the reply mate, i know of a trio of proven kayuadis for sale at the moment so i may enquire about them seeing as they seem to be the best way about making small and super tigers. A friend has a dwarf albino for sale at the moment but unless i rob a bank i wont be having it anytime soon haha, once again thanks for your help cheers will

I wouldn't breed you dwarf tiger to a dwarf albino. If you do, you'll be putting more mainland genetics back into the offspring. So it's a good thing you can't afford one. Go with the Kayuadis if you can't get a super dwarf. Keep breeding out the mainland genes. Best of luck. How about some pics of the dwarf tiger?
