Aww, what a shy little one! But so cute! My ghost has a stub tail, but don't tell her that, she think's she's a beauty queen ;)

Lisa, once again that's a great photo of a darling little snake. The stub is mighty cute and you've captured the subtle snow colors very nicely. I envy your photography skills as much as I admire your snake. It must be a real beauty in person.

Thanks, though alot of the work is done by the camera and the snake. I just point the camera, turn the dials and push the buttons :) The snake does the hard work of looking pretty and cute and the camera does the work of recording it.

Here's half of my promise. This is Dante, the male plains garter. Lilith downed 2 pinkies today, which is a very big meal for a yearling garter, so I don't want to disturb her for a couple of days.

Dante used to have a full tail before he escaped and went missing in the house for a month. Unfortunately the cat found him before I did and he sustained some minor bite wounds to the tail. They healed quite well but he did lose the tip of his tail at his next shed.

he'll go well with his future mate, who lost her tip due to a bad shed when she was still tiny.
