Just wondering what is the max size for a dwarf retic?????I really find retics fascinating but my wife wouldn't let me have something of such size.So i was thinking maybe a dwarf( that is if it's under 10-12ft)!!!!

Any info or pics would be gladly appreciated!!!!!

I not sure, but i think dwarfs get bigger than 10-12 feet. Besides they are extreamly expensive.

Cost isn't really an issue.I just have to make sure that it's not a "monster" snake!!!!

my jampea male is a few years old and 6 feet long. he was alot cheaper than most jampeas, you just have to look on alot of websites where people are selling them and you will find good deals. only problem with mine is he was a wild caught and he does not like being handled, he wiggles like a fish out of water but he does not bite.

Dwarf retics are awesome still as beautiful as the normals but not crazy sized, i pick up my dwarf tiger retic tommorow and cant wait!! Not entirely sure on how big they grow but i think it does vary alot, there is one guy on kingsnake with a jampea which is 15ft-16ft!!
whatever your choice good luck with it all, IMO i dont reckon you can go wrong with a captive bred dwarf tic, regards will

Are we all forgetting there is such a thing as a Super Dwarf Retics. These animals stay very small 6-8 feet. They can be quite pricey but an excellent investment all the beauty of a reti with out the size and food bill.

I know Pro Reptiles has some SD Retics Het Albino for sale perfect Investment animal you should look them up if you are planing to breed somthing in the future.

Also alot of people with 13 to 15 footers feed them like a normal retic i think this helps them get that extra foot or two. Could also be mixed blood from all the breeders trying to get dwarf albinos and tigers. I'm going to get super dwarfs myself. :medwart:

you are also frogetting super dwarf X jampea dwarf retics. I have an adult pair of them right now that i am thinking about selling for finantal resons. My male is around 6 feet and the female is closer to 8. I have had them for at least a few years, probly closer to three.

BTW, what would you guys say the current market price for 1.1 adult super dwarf X Jampea dwarf retics are? (US)
