Field herping is when you look for herps in the wild. :)

just go look for them

its pretty simple. you just go out in the wild and flip things over and look in any place you think a herp may be hiding lol:) simple as that.

like under logs, under old pieces of tin and garbage, in trees, anywhere really. its not that complicated.

so how do you catch them without getting bit

If you are worried about getting bit, don't leave the vicinity of your playstation.

i caught about 10 snakes in the wild an none of them bit me, but they tried to, only the venomous ones bites hurt anyway.
