hey everyone my crestie has had these spots on his head for a bit they change places every once in a while uhmm there sometimes on the rest of his body but most noticable on his head. The spots are light blue almost white i notice them easily cause my gecko is dark dark brown....The only thing i can seem to think it is is scales that didnt shed off but what do u guys think?

I've seen that before on a couple cresteds. I don't know if it's necessarily scales that didn't shed, or if it is that they just got disturbed in the shed. I've tried to see if they will come off with a q-tip dipped in some luke warm water, but they don't seem like they are sitting on top of the skin such that I can take them off. Either way, they tend to go away from my guys in a day or two.
As far as I can tell, they aren't harmful to the gecko, as I've always seen them disappear quickly with no after-effect.
The only thing I might suggest if your crestie gets a lot of them, and they come after each shed is that perhaps you need a little more humidity....But that's just a guess. On my 9 cresteds, I only see it on one of them perhaps once a month, so very infrequently.
Perhaps others can also shed some light on the subject!
