What kind of camera is it? The software it came with are probably the programs to edit the pictures, most digi cameras will open up either way with USB or Firewire automatically. It sounds like your camera is out of batteries, charge it up and see if that helps out.

Well does it come up with a message or anything? What kind of computer do you have? Using USB or firewire?

Any progress made on the camera? With my Kodak I put in the CD that came with it and followed the instructions after they popped up to install it. Then, plug up my camera and upload the pictures to my computer. It will probably open up a page with all of the pictures in the photo editor that came with the camera. Then start a new topic or reply, click on manage attachements, click browse and find your photo. Click upload, and your done. I resize them with MS Paint, but you may have a better way to do it.
Sorry the picture is so incredibly small, thats the biggest picture it would let me upload.

I have the same problem. It says every picture I try to upload is too big. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the file size of the picture smaller?

Just size them down, I really do want to see your conda, there aren't a lot of large ones to go around.:)

Go into paint or any other photo editing program you have and size them down, you can just click on the side and size them down or go to edit, properties and set the size.:)
