I got questions about snakes

Hi all,


Im interested in getting a snake sometime in the next few months...So far I heard of corn snakes or ball pythons for beginners, but ball pythons seem cooler so which one would be the best?



BTW I want a snake that wants to chill on my shoulder.

Corns wont chill on your shoulder. Most ball pythons will chill around ur neck and stuff when their older, their to shy to do that when their young. Do alot of research before u get it though. its well worth it.

i agree with kronic. corns are way to active to chill around your shoulder and a baby ball is too small to put around your neck. your only choice between those two would be to get an adult ball. and definetely do your research! good luck:)

a corn snake is going to be easier to take care of. but if you do alot of research and put your effort into it, ball pythons are easy too. the only thing is keeping humidity right and not freaking out when they dont eat. its normal for them to go months in the winter without food. besides their some what strange behaviors (like hiding ALL the time, keep that in mind) they are cool snakes.
