How old is she? How skinny is she? (weight, girth)? Has she been checked for paracites?

It's most likely not as bad as you think...they can go quite a while without eating but it may be a sign of another problem.

i was told about something called "snake sausage" it is a sausage with ground up rats and extra vitamins and nutrients does anyone know were to get this sausage?????

We had a talk about these on a webgroup I belong to, The main ingredient is actually chicken by products and I don't really know if it has "extra vitamins". Someone from the group e-mailed them to find out the basic ingredients and they were VERY vague about whats actually in them. It's made by T-rex

John, if you are going to do that then push a rat down her throat and massage the belly :P The sausage cant be better then a frozen / thawed rodent man... Have you tried putting her into a small dark box and then dropping in the F/T heated rat and leaving it overnight??? Or do what Kevin said and try a live hampster... usually if a snake is left in a small dark place with the rodent, they will either eat it because they feel safe or eat it because they no longer wish to be around it... so try that out and see what happens!

When my Rosy boa was fasting, I took him to a vet who tube fed him. The treatment was not that expensive. You might want to look into it. If it is as skinny as you say, a vet should see it anyway.
