Anaconda Collection

Well, I just got in my new 12' female green yesterday. As some of you might know I'm sticking to just Anacondas, so here is my collection as of now.
Green Anaconda:
Info: Male, Tame, feeding on f/t Collosal rats or 1-2 lbs rabbits. He is about 8' long and 22 lbs.

Marbled Yellow Anaconda
Info: Female, So far tame, feeding on f/t Jumbo rats. She is about 5-6' long and weight is unknown.

Anerythristic Green Anaconda
Info: Male (waiting on a second opinion though), Tame, feeding on f/t Rat Pups. He is about 3' long and weight is unknown.

Green Anaconda
Info: Female, Said to be very mellow, currently not feeding. She is 12', weight is around 60-65 lbs. She has been bred to a Yellow Anaconda back in Jan-Feb, hopefully going to see some babies (live preferably:) She didn't look so buldgey as she did this morning, I guess she just needed to get settled in.

Very unique collection. Not to many people huge fans of these snakes.

The two I work with are yellows and wild! Fun to work with though..keeps you on your feet :)

I didnt know there where that many morphs for condas. Those are beautiful, if i ever get a giant, I know what i want!! Awesome collection.

lol They deffidently keep me on my feet also, tame or not, they keep you on your feet! Thanks for the comments! There are a few different morphs of condas, such as albino, hypo orange, granite yellows, anerythristic greens and yellows, etc. There are actually more species than just the Green and yellows too, but pretty impossible to find. Hopefully sometime there will be a few more, if I could only get ahold of the albino...;) I've only seen one, and didn't have the $75,000 to pay for it at the time, lol.

That's a beautiful yellow you have there. Where does the term "marbled" come from? Do you know if there are still albino 'condas out there?

Thanks for the comments! I'm not sure where it originates from, as I have not heard it as much either, maybe someone could help out on this one. Yes, there are still albinos out there, so far I have seen a whole ONE that is still alive, but I have seen pics of another one with more white on it though. They had one at the daytona show and the guy that was selling him said he had a female, but she passed at about 10'. The other one he had up there was a male, 8', very tame, and had more of a carmel colored pattern instead of white. Very beautiful snake none the less, I would have NO problem buying that one if I had the money. I don't see how he is considering selling it though, I would be breeding that thing like crazy!
