awesome pics! one question though, where do you get dead pigs for feeders and are they more expensive than rabbits?

Actualy I paid only $5 for that pig so it is just more readily available the bunnys. They may get them to bulk up faster but not reaky grow faster.

why not feed it in its permenant cage or do you keep it with other snakes?
a screen topped aquarium is not a good choice for a burmese python you might want to use saran wrap or something to keep the humidity higher.

I don't feed it in his regular enclosure because It will be placed with a female in the future as a display cage and I want it to get used to being moved B4 feeding. I alwase feed in a cage half the size of the original cage. It is not a screen top you can clearly see the top in the second pic it is an exotera steel top and when it is closed properly it has 2 cinder bricks on top, and well you must know as well as I do that snakes are not big fans of moving when they have a pig in there system so 2 days in a small cage is just some well deserved R&R. I could probebly leave it open and not worry *Not that I would* just and expresion.

Cool pics. One question what do you plan on doing when they are full grown?

Nothing, maybe breed. What else do you do with adult burms? I always thought large cages were a good place to start. Perhaps a pond-like water dish; I dont know I might house it at my facility when the times come. Heck, I might be dead due to my Anaconda. LOL
I dont mean to sonund like a Smart A$$, I just get that question all the time and I am running out of answers. lol
