Here is two pictures of my California Kingsnake. He is about 28 inches long maybe a bit more now. Haven't measured him lately.

This is the sweetest snake. He is so friendly. Normally anyways, today during feeding time was moving him and holding him a minute first and he musked for his very first time! eww
