forum question: custom avatars

I have a custom avatar now, but I want to change it to a newer picture of Boots...however, I can't find any place to do so...

So, how would one go about setting onself a new custom avatar?

i just made a thread about this, they have not added it for some reason, im really hoping they do soon because its anoying.
