Males can do the job around 8 months but females should be at least a year old and over 40 grams. If the female is younger and/or lighter, she might have problems and it could also keep her from maturing properly.

I noticed you just got into reptiles with your 3 leos. Judging by this and the questions you asked, I'd suggest you read a few good care sheets first (there's one sample at the top of the leo forum, 2nd post " Leopard Gecko CARESHEET & FAQ Check here first" ). Breeding leos can be a rewarding experience but it's not as easy at it looks. Get some experience first before you try your hand at eggs and babies.

Thanks and yeah i just got into them resently when my brother got some snakes. I have got a book on the geckos but i was also looking for some opinions with other ppl. Thanks that helps because my male is only 4 1/2 months old and one of my females is the same but the other is 1 yr. The thing is though the male and the 1 yr old are getting alone real well so i was making sure that they couldnt have babbies yet until i am unes to them more. Thanks again bye.
