Hello,

Was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of Boa this is. I got her from a guy who knows little about Boas but had her since she was a baby (8 yrs). She is 6-8 ft and quite heavy as he fed her 3-5 lb rabbits monthly. Please let me know if you can it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

(hope this link works)

Looks like a Columbian Common Boa escpecially if it is a female of 6-8 feet. True reds usually are bigger. Is she really friendly?

She is dog friendly. I was thinking her dark markings might indicate that she is Venezuelan. Check out the link this Venezualan:

Colombian BCI, I wish people didnt refer to them as redtails. Causes too much confusion.
