How the hell can these owners lose something so big? oh well...most of the story seems exagerated anyway. that snake looks around 16 feet. And, of course, the subject of the man-eaters had to be brought up again :

I didn't see where it said it was a lost/escaped python.

You are right. Sorry.
I only took a quick read at the story itself and didn't realise that.
I had previously read about that on another forum, where it was mentioned the snake had escaped in previous situations. How they know that, i don't know. Maybe there are other more complete articles on that.

they couldnt ressist the perfect angle shot of all those people haulin that snake out. i guess that proves its a maneater..lol. gotta agree with u that dont look like a 20 footer. very nice though.

just took the snake and already want to rename it... bastards. :medtongue

and thatw asnt a bad artical as longa s they dio a follow up on the burms attitude (which hopefuly is good) but then again it is for the btter they put those scare tactics in, stops alot of mothers from buying a burm for there 12-16 year olds.
