I have a group of L. olivaceous here and may be interested in adding to it. What is the history of your animals?

Flatwoundscotty,

the Olives were imported in from indonesia, but were in fact collected on Torres island in the Torres straight just off the coast of australia, even though the island is only a hop skip an jump off the coast of austalia the island is apart of papuan, so it is possible to collect alot of austalian fuana there legally since alot of reptiles make there way to the island from different means, such as the olive pythons. The Olives were added to my order under the title papuan olive pythons but are in fact liasis olivaceous, customs just let them through no problem, I guess they were in a good mood because i know they cracked open my box and looked at them and then told me to take good care of them, if you are interested in them, they are on our available page, in boa-mania.com I just wanted to post their pics because they are so beautiful and easy to work with, just the baby likes to take strikes, but the older ones never try.

THANX EVERYBODY FOR THE BEAUTIFUL COMMENTS!!!

If these aren't the ones from Australia, then wouldn't that make them Apodora papuana ???

You beat me to it Jeff. I thought from the pictures the heads looked a little small for olivaceous.

Nice snakes Mike and Monica and thank you for the prompt reply to my inquiry. They're not what I'm looking for though.

Hey, Perhaps you are correct and that they are papuan Apodora I was just told that they were Olives from Austrailia Since they were collected only a few miles off the coast on torros island.
But their heads are small so it must be so. But none the less they are still very nice. Sorry i Couldnt help you with what u were looking for.

Thankx Monica
