Cal Mountain King Question?

I have a Cal Mountain King and she has some dry looking scales. She recentley shed prior to laying eggs. Now it appears that there are some dry spots along her head to midway down to the tail. They are not left over scales from the shed because the shed was complete . Is there any type of oil or anything else I could use to help the damaged areas. Any help is appreciated.
