My boyfriend and I just spent the entire week designing and constructing a new setup for my leopard gecko.
Pixel used to be in a 10g tank but I felt like giving him more space so I upgraded to a 15g.
We went to home depot and bought 3 slate tiles, one of which was broken into a couple of pieces. We put the 2 full tiles on the bottom of the tank and then used the broken pieces as levels. At the beach we looked for flat rocks that we later glued together to make the pillars for the levels and then used broken ceramic tiles to make stairs.
The cave that you see in the right back corner was made from a fish bowl that had flat sides. We glued glass beads to the bowl and then covered it with tile grout and sprinkled some sand on it for a little added color. When it was dry and set up we coated it with grout sealer. This cave is the moist hide.
Pixel likes to lay on the floor of the left side, under the level where the UTH is. He explores the entire tank and seems to be happy in it.
Here's a pic for you guys:

I then took his old 10g and redecorated it for my house gecko which was in a 5g. He's happier in there also.
